And so the fun begins

Well, hello. So, I decided to start a Blog for my trip to Germany. Yes, I realize that trip isn't until June, but I thought to myself "Self, you've never done a Blog before. You should start it now so that you know what you are doing." and I thought "Wow, that's a great idea". So, here we are. I guess what is really going on is that I don't want to work on homework, so I'm finding random ways to get out of it. Don't get me wrong, I really do plan to keep this up for my Germany trip, but did I really have to start it now? I'm not so sure. So yeah, on to homework and let the Blogging fun begin!!

    I've thought several times about starting a blog, but then I think, I already bore my dear sweet husband to death each night recounting the number of times I've wiped poopy bottoms or runny noses (never with the same wipe, I assure you, though a time or two I've wiped both ends of said child simultaneously!) that day, and do I really need to burden the internet world at large with such?

    No, I think not! ;-)

    Actually, my real fear of blogging is that I would develop a huge following of readers hanging on my every word, and then I would feel as if I had to continue, lest I risk disappointing the countless masses and sending them reeling into despondency and despair. Ahh, the pressure!! ;-)

    So, at least for the time being, I shall just enjoy your blog, and perhaps occasionally bug you with wonderfully witty commentary! Love ya to death! Mwah!
